I have a 4.5 cm ovarian cyst that hasn’t ruptured. Has anyone any idea of how long this could take to go away? What might happen to me if it ruptures?

I have a large (10cm), septated, ovarian cyst and I’m 14.5. weeks pregnant. I’m 38 and this is my 4th child. The dr. says it’s blood-filled. What are the odds its cancer?? I am scheduled for surgery in two weeks and am very very scared.

and does a complex cyst more than likely indicate cancer?

I was diagnosed with a complex ovarian cyst prior to my laparoscopy,and the surgeon just left it there

I had 2 ultrasounds done because I was complaining of pelvic pain…I went for a transvaginal and an abdominal ultrasound. It turns out that I have an ovarian cyst. What my question is is, what is the treatment for them. *I’m 18, virgin.

I felt nauseous, like I had the stomach flu then later learned the large cyst was gone. Could those symptoms have been related?

I have a rather large ovarian cyst found last week (I have had these since I was 19 now 27), and me and my boyfriend are on the "if it happens it happens" method(if we get pregnant we get pregnant). Now if they just found this cyst could this be a reason I have not gotten pregnant? We don’t try but we don’t take precautions. We plan on actually trying maybe within a year. My period has been awful in the past few months not on time and sometimes early sometimes late.

I see an OB/GYN next week. So for any women out there can the presence of an ovarian cyst cause infertility?
Well the doc or radiologist never said what type it was they just said it might have to be removed. I had these at 19 and they just ruptured and went away.I got pregnant at 21 (Now 27). But for the past 2 years have had no luck. I guess I have a lot of questions to ask at this appt.

What are some good questions to ask besides the obvious when I see this doctor?

Been having alot of pain and cramping this month. Thought it was due to ovulation but cramping was there for a few days, stopped for a few, and started again. I have been told I have cysts on my ovaries. What does it feel like if a cyst bursts? Also, if you have cysts on your ovaries does that mean you have polycystic ovarian syndrome?

I was was told that I had ovarian cysts over 3 years ago. Me and my husband have been trying to have a baby and have had no luck, I wonder if that might have something to do with it.
