Hi there – I am 20 weeks pregnant and an 11cm cyst was found on my left ovary at my 11 week scan, and was still present and unchanged at 19 weeks. The report said it appears to be a complex cyst with septations with normal ovarian tissue on the side. My OBGYN is repeating the u/s in one week, and has sent me for CA125. I have a history of simple cysts that have always dissolved on their own. Never this size though, and never complex. I am terrified that this is a malignant process. Does anyone have any similar experience to share?

I am so scared getting my cyst removed will cause infertility and it’s very important to me to have one more child at least. The cyst is not serious, and I am young, but the dr. wants to remove it just in case. Pros and cons, anyone?

I am for some reason nervous that I am ?? my periods are on average every 24 days, they might be a little shorter now but I have been told my my doc that I am probably getting ovarian cyst b.c of pain and fluid around my ovaries. I also have have major digestive issues for the past 8 months I do get night sweats but I am not sure if its b.c its hot in my room also my mom is going through menopause @ 55. Does this sound like pre-menopause to anyone, or do I sound like a candidate?

I keep getting this mild pain in my lower left abdominal area. It is nothing excruciating and I don’t have it every day. But I don’t know how to describe it. My doctor thinks it might be an ovarian cyst but I’d like to hear what other say it feels like before I take her word for it.

my partner is pregnant, she had her 1st scan & it has shown up an ‘ovarian cyst’ what we both need to know is will it affect our unborn child or the pregnancy. we see a consultant about it next Monday but it would be nice if we knew more now?

im 17 and last week i found out that i have a ruptured cyst on my right ovary, which explained the pains i have had. Will this affect my chances of becoming pregnant when im ready? bc i really really want kids in the future. thanks.
