I got an ultrasound (pelvic and vaginal) to see if I had an ovarian cyst. I have all the symptoms of an ovarian cyst (I have had 2 before, on the same side), but the doc said there was no cyst. I still have pain in my right ovary, and I am gonna go to the doctor in about a week. Am I crazy, or do I have an ovarian cyst, or is there something else wrong?
there’s no way another cyst would form within a day, but thanks anyway.

I was diagnosed a couple of months ago with a 3cm cyst on right ovary. It was only seen during a routine ultrasound as my periods had become very irregular. I didnt really have any other symptoms. Since then i have occasionally had a bit of discomfort when lifting something etc. Today though i am having quiet of bit of pain. When i stand, sit, walk, pretty much anything. Its painful but not unbearable, but when i push the area it is really quiet tender. I am planning to see my Gyn on Monday, just wondered if anyone has an idea why im getting this pain now?

i was having badperiods, so i went to get a sonogram, and so the doctor said i had a ovarian cyst on my left ovary, and to be put on birth control to shrink it, so im done with my 3 weeks of birthcontrol, and i was told you have to stop and youll get your period, so im getting little spots of blood, after 2 day of stopping, and REALLLYY horrible pain on my left ovary, kind of like cramping, and sharp pains. what do you think might be happening?

TMJ, depression, low *normal* body temp, chest pains, breathing issues, daily headaches – frequent migraines and tension headaches, sensitivity to light and sound, cough, diarrhea for 3 months, thyroid disease, endometriosis, PCOS, ovarian cysts, hair loss, weight gain – mostly in midsection, food sensitivity, nausea, sleeping problems, IBS, constant gas, intolerance to multivitamins, excessive sweating, burning sensation in arms, joint pain in ankles knees & hips, muscular pain in upper legs and forearms.
I just found a family doctor and made an appointment – I’m guessing I’ll need a referral to a specialist, my endocrinologist thought I’d need to see a rheumatologist since my vitamin d levels are okay, so are my thyroid levels & my lupus test was negative. I’ve gotten the vibe from a lot of people that this may be fibromyalgia. Any other ideas? Also, what kind of treatment options are there? Any doctors out there who don’t think it’s all in your head?
I’m not looking for some moron to tell me there’s nothing wrong with me. You have no medical background and probably haven’t even graduated from high school, so I’m not looking for YOUR advice. If you aren’t smart enough to figure out that the first few words in my question are "doctors & nurses" and that means I want answers from someone with a clue – than you’re an idiot. Go waste your time on someone else’s question.

I am really regular, like, pretty much the same day each month. And i was supposed to start almost a week ago, and i don’t even have a sign of starting soon (usually i feel kinda bloated, and have minor cramps two or three days in advance). I am 14, and first started my period like, 19 months ago. I haven’t had sex or anything (ew…). I’m just kinda weirded out by the whole thing cuz this has never happened to me before, and both of my parent’s family has a history of ‘girly’ issues like ovarian cysts, ovarian cancer, brest cancer, infertility, etc. Please help me!

i just had a laporoscopy surgery for my ovarian cysts. the one on the left was removed and my fallopian tube is blocked due to endo, the cyst on the right was drained out. so how long does it takes for the cyst on the right to come back. what are my chances of becoming pregnant.

I found out I have ovarian cysts about a month ago. Mine are the small percentage that are EXTREMELY painful. It is so bad that I can’t pick up my 16 month old and put him in his crib without feeling like I am going to cry. I just took a home pregnancy test and found out I am pregnant. Will this complicate the pregnancy? How will the pain killers I am taking effect the pregnancy?

i went to the DR today and she said i have a cyst on my right ovary, she did a urine pregnancy test, which was negative. i am going to have an ultra-sound later early next week, where i am going to have them do blood work. any ways, im not if the symptoms i am having are from my cyst or pregnancy(i think it may be pregnancy) b/c when i got pregnant the first time it was late to detect, and cause me to have a cyst just like the one i have now…. i have been having a lot of pregnancy symptoms, but i dont know the symptoms of just having a cyst.
*hot flashes
*nauseous (especially after i eat)
*head aches on and off
*extremely vivid dreams
*milky discharge(not think, almost runny—TMI, sorry)
*constipated
*flu-like symptoms
*dizziness about once a day
*MAJOR food aversions
—i know the cyst didnt rupture, cause she could feel it when i went in today
