Pain During Sex… Ovarian Cyst?

When my boyfriend and I were having sex, I randomly got alot of pain in my abdomen. The sex was unprotected and since then the pain hasn’t been as bad as it was at the time, but it’s still there, and I researched ovarian cysts and found I have some symptoms… such as tender breasts, and fatigue and nausea. Last night I randomly got so tired I literally could barely talk.
However, I recently started the contraceptive pill and have been on it for just over a week.
I’m not sure if this could have caused it, or if it could be ovarian cysts, or if I should just wait for it to pass?
I’m going to see a nurse next week, I just want an idea for now so I can quit worrying.
Thanks in advance!

Ruptured ovarian cyst?

I was in the ER 5 days ago and after an ultrasound they determined I have a ruptured hemorrhagic ovarian cyst, free fluid in my upper abdomen, and a little bit of blood in my abdomen. I also quit smoking the day before this happened. I am underweight and have a normal low blood pressure. I have been light headed and weak for days now. The pain is gone but I’m worried about the hemorrhage. I have the follow up appointment in 5 days, soonest I could get one, and I can’t get anyone to answer any questions over the phone, they all say just go back to the ER if you are concerned. So could the light headedness and weakness be because I quit smoking or should I go back to the hospital because it might be internal bleeding or something?

Consumed with thoughts of possible miscarriage.?

After 2 years, my husband and I finally got pregnant. We have been through infertility treatment and were to start our first IVF in March. I found out I was pregnant a little over a week ago. At a little over 6 weeks, they did an ultrasound because I had significant cramping on one side. Thank GOD, it was an ovarian cyst and the baby was in the uterus. We were able to see the heart beat @ 180 bpm!
The problem is, I am terrified something will go wrong. Is this normal?? We go back tomorrow for another ultrasound to check on the cyst and I keep having dreams there is no heartbeat. Is this normal or is my body trying to tell me something is going to happen? He is so happy and I am so, SO scared. Did anyone have these thoughts and go on to have a healthy baby?

I found out i had and ova cyst on my right ovary. I haven’t felt much pain from it. Even when I came on my period I never felt any pain (which is odd because my periods without cyst are usually painful).

But today I keep feeling these odd pains in my lower right abdominal and this really sharp pain (that I get when sitting down or moving) I get in the left lower area of my back. this pain in my back is what concerns me because I don’t remember this kind of pain with my last cyst and it feels like someone keeps cutting my back with a knife.

What shall I do?

What does a transvaginal ultrasound include? How long will it take? Will I know what is wrong with my ovary immediately after? (Sorry for all the questions, I’m really nervous!)

Also, what are the chances that this isn’t a cyst, and it is cancer? I’m 19, and have NO history of ovarian cancer or issues of any kind in my family, and I AM on birth control…so chances of a cyst are lower I think? I’ve been just having a lot of discomfort in that area so I don’t know what it is and my doctor was very vague :(

thank you for your help!
and yes – i just had a pap smear and a blood test two months ago and the results were normal!

I read something in the pamphlets of the tests that ovarian cysts can contribute to misleading results. If anyone has a greater knowledge of this type of situation I would really appreciate their opinion and maybe some facts. Thank You so much.
