So, my gf found out in August she has Ovarian Cancer however, she is not exactly which stage she thinks it’s stage 2. Which means it’s in the Ovary and fallopian tubes. Which one side came back Malignant the other cyst did not. Which I assume is a good sign. She is getting Chemo treatment now at a regular hospital.

But I just don’t know what to expect? What is the ratio of survival from this cancer? I’m worried about her and love her dearly and would do anything for her, I pray constantly. What are her chances? Also I live in Buffalo, NY near Roswell, and I know that is one of the best Cancer Institutes…should she consider going there?

I do not have health insurance yet, I’m waiting to hear back from a few places before I choose,so I can’t go to the doctor yet. Ovarian cyst and cancer runs in my family and was wondering if anybody knows what this could be. My husband and I are ttc month 5 now and I normally have a 30 day cycle. A few months ago it switched to a 33 day cycle. Well this month I was 4 days late and thought I was pregnant well then af came and that was that. Well, now a week after I got off my period I can tell I’m ovulating by the cm, I can always tell when I’m ovulating by the cm. I have also been very bloated, over the weekend, I haven’t eaten more than normal, my work pants have gotten snug and I have been gaining weight. I have had migraines or at least a headache every day, I have a cold now and was feeling like I was going to throw up. I go from hot to cold all the time, and every time I brush my teeth or use any form of mouth wash it makes me gag to the point where I’m dry heaving. I have been using the bathroom a little bit more and sometimes it’s just very little that comes out. Does anybody know what this could be at all. I’m worried about myself and until I finalize my insurance I can’t go to the doctor and would like some piece of mind.
I also am not on birth control and have not been on bc in over 3 years. I also have taken preg. test and they came out neg.

I had a ruptured ovarian cyst a few months ago. It landed me in the hospital for 2 days. I haven’t had a problem with it since but yesterday I am sure it ruptured again. I had shooting pain in my lower abdomen, but it only lasted about 20 minutes. After that, I felt pretty normal, just a little nauseas. Today I feel ok, just a little nauseas. I don’t think going to the ER again would do me any good, there is nothing they can really do, but what should I do? I don’t think I should leave this problem ignored.

i have two ovarian cyst one in each ovari what are my chances of getting pregnant?

I had my son in Feb of 2008. I had the normal 2 months period after him but since then, nothing. I was put on the Mirena IUD in April of 2008. After 5 months, it had caused problems for me giving me ovarian cysts, and had to have 7 biposies. I got it removed and got on the Depo shot the same day as the removal of the IUD. I only got one shot, because my insurance got cancelled and it was making me feel funny. So, I haven’t been on any birth control in a year. I haven’t gotten my period yet! Has anyone had this problem? What should I do?? The doctors seem to never have an answer for me.
