can 4cm by 4cm right ovarian cysts cause right renal hydronephrosis?

can you please tell me is it possible that a right ovarian cyst can cause right renal hydronephrosis. is the right ovary near the ureter?

I would have thought it would be too small,and i would say although everyone is slightly different,that the ovary is not near enough to it.I would make a appointment with you GP,as something else may be causing it.
