I'm not to sure about your back pain but its a positive for the leg pain. I have an ovarian cyst too. My doctor told me to expect pain in unusual places, especially my thighs. He said that the cyst would make the muscles in my thighs contort....So yes, its all linked together. Wow thoughs doctors are kinda dumb.
