I am a week late for my period. I had a negative urine test at the doctor’s on Friday for pregnancy. Will get blood test results today or tomorrow.

If I am not pregnant (don’t think I am because of the negative urine test), what else would delay my period and make me feel unwell? Could a cyst cause discomfort, nasea and delay a period?

I have never missed a period and have had very regular cycles since my daughter was born over a year ago.
