I don’t know about an ovarian cyst causing the delay of a period. But I had an ovarian cyst and it burst the day before I got a positive pregnancy result.
And I am definatly pregnant.
i dont think so i know a surrogate who got pregnant and at the 1st scan found a cyst. and she was defiantely pregnant still. yes it could cause your period to be delayed as it means you didnt ovulate that month and the egg turned into a cyst
