There are many kinds of ovarian cysts, but the two most common types are the follicle cyst and the corpus luteum cyst. The follicle cyst forms around the egg when the ovary is ready to release it. If it does not break and release the egg, it continues to grow. The corpus luteum forms after the follicle releases the egg, and it creates hormones to prepare the body for pregnancy. If the corpus luteum seals over, it can create a cyst.

No, it can’t. Sorry, but if the body only produces the hormone pregnancy tests look for when pregnant… and in one really rare disorder… or one med I think can cause it… but you would know about that. If you got a positive odds are you’re pregnant.
