I have a 5 mm cyst on my right ovary and a 1.4 cm cyst on my left ovary.

I have a 1.7 cm Cyst on my right overy. My doctor said I can still get pregnant. Any cyst over 2 cm should be removed! They will pop and go away soon hopefully.
yes they could make it more difficult especially the larger one, but if you talk to your obgyn they can help you throughout this, but in the end yes you can become pregnant

I’m in the same boat…in fact my left cyst is almost 7cm!!! and I have two on the right of about 2cm each….I have read that they usually go away on their own and that they are normal…(except my large one which I’ve had for at least 6mths)…

Short answer yes. It can be very difficult to become pregnant if you have ovarian cyst. My wife had them but she had to get treatment before she became pregnant, she is now 5 months along.
