i went to hospital because i had very very bad lower abdominal pains, basically to cut this short, after an ultra sound scan i was told i had a complex ovarian cyst with septations, they discharged me with pain killers and antibiotics and said i would have to come back in a week to discuss my options. i know very little about this can anyone with experience tell me anything. i had a ca125 blood test and it came back ok.i have to take the pain killers regular or the pain is unbearable, i see the consultant next week but in the mean time any ones stories or experience would be of help, thank you.

I’m 20 years old and I was diagnosed with Endometriosis in a surgery while removing an ovarian cyst. I have it from my left ovary to the right ovary.
Endometriosis is a condition in which the tissue that behaves like the cells lining the uterus (endometrium) grows in other areas of the body, causing pain, irregular bleeding, and possible infertility.
The only way it can be remove in my case it’s by getting pregnant as soon as possible or by removing the uterus, ovaries, matrix, ect. I really want to have babies, I would love to be a mom one day, but I’m not ready for that now.
I was born in Cuba and I didn’t have so many things to make my childhood easier, I would love to have those things for my baby and be ready not only economic wise, also mental, social and physical. I am in a relationship, he supports me 100% but we are not ready for this step. I know he feels pressure so do I. We had plans on getting marry in 4 or 5 years and having babies at 29, 30. But I’m scare that if I way to much it would be harder to get pregnant.
Can any one help me with an advice, I would really appreciate it. Sometimes hearing people that you don’t know it kind of help a lot.
I don’t if I can I freeze my eggs with his sperm, or if a natural miscarriage will help the Endometriosis go away. I also heard artificial insemination, if this possible by having Endometriosis. What options do I have to get pregnant at 29 like we had plan. Please help!!
Thanks

Ovarian Cyst?

About 2 months ago i went to the emergency room because i had a very sharp pain on the right side of my stomach. they told me that i had an ovarian cyst that had ruptured.
Recently, my side has started hurting again (mosly when i exercise). I also missed my period for over a month.
My question is should i go to the doctor again so see if something is wrong? and to see if i have any more cycts?

I am 14 and I just found out I have a large ovarian cyst on my left ovary. I heard that I should absolutely not be eating soy. Is that true? are there other foods that I’m not supposed to be eating?

i have poly-cystic ovarian syndrome. ive always had pain but ive never had a cyst rupture. two weeks ago it did. i had a little bleeding but not a lot. and now its 2 weeks to my period but i started bleeding today. i don’t have any pain yet but im wondering if i should be concerned. i don’t want to go to the hospital unless i absolutely have to. the hospitals aren’t very good here unless you want narcotics.

im 19 years old and i really dont know whats wrong with me. ive been constipated, have increased gas, and, and ive been feeling pain in my pelvic area. ive lost some weight and i haven’t even been trying too. also when im eating i get pain in my stomach. ive been taking antibiotics for an infection but ive been off of then for like a month and a half and i know they say antibiotics kills the good bacteria that help digest food but its been almost two months wouldnt they return by now? and ive been having pain in my pelvic area and it worries me. my feet have become weak and i just dont feel well. i have no family history of cancer. i dont even think anyone in my family has ever died from it. im really scared
nope no painful urination. i pee fine

Went to my GP tonight after weeks of agony (been hospitalised twice due to pain but no tests at time taken due to improvement with pain medication and over crowded hospital) and after looking at history and vaginal exam she is 99.9% sure I have a large ovarian cyst. Having transvaginal scan tomorrow to confirm this diagnosis. I was wondering what the current avargage waiting time on the NHS is to have an ovarian cyst removed?
