Two days ago I had about a dime sized amount of brownish/pinkish blood after I peed. It was only on the tissue and didn’t continue throughout the day. That night, near the end of having sex, I felt a sharp pain. As I was trying to go to sleep after, I started getting a crampy feeling. This quickly escalated into some of the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life. Honestly, I thought I was going to be like one of the girls on "I Didn’t Know I was Pregnant," and deliver a baby in my home. It was excruciating. I managed to take 800mg of ibuprofen and the pain continued for roughly four hours. I was very close to calling 911. Finally the ibuprofen kicked in and dulled the pain a little bit. I was able to sleep a little. The next day I felt like hell, but wanted to carry on with my day. I tried working out but had unbelievable cramping so I stopped. Since then, I’ve had some very noticeable symptoms: crampiness (not near my period), extreme fatigue, nausea, a sensitive lower abdomen and a general weak feeling. I’ve been looking up my symptoms (I’ve decided to go to the doc tomorrow.. I know I should have gone sooner), but has anyone here had a ruptured cyst? What has your experience been like with this? When did you feel normal again?

I hurt my back few weeks ago and my new chiropractor couldn’t fix it. After 2 weeks I went to my old chiropractor and she did some massage therapy and relieved a huge chunk of my pain. However i still have cramping-like pain in my lower back, shooting into my lower abdomen. It is very exhausting and uncomfortable pain. She also sent me for ultrasound of my ovaries because i have some crazy pain in my left ovary during first few days of my period (shoots into my leg etc…) and they found 3.5 cm cyst on my left ovary. I have an appointment on Monday but till then I am trying to figure out if i still need the massage therapy or if this lower back pain is maybe the cyst-related. Also my other question is – is 3.5 cm cyst a big deal or is it somewhat normal size… It just sounds big.. thank you for taking time reading

my menstruation was delayed twice already, and im not pregy of course…
i’m feeling this pain at the lower back [right side]…its not my whole back hurts but their is this point that it only hurts if i push it or put pressure on it… but i was wondering why only that point/position…
before it was near my spine [center] but at the lower back…after a week or two..
i didn’t noticed that it moved to the lower right…
once, it hurts by its self..

My mother had been diagnosed with endometriosis when i was a little girl, and my older sister got an ovarian cyst when she was seventeen. I’m eighteen now, and i’ve been having irregular periods, severe menstrual pain (The OMG KILL ME NOW kind) along with vomiting on several occassions, nausea, feeling faint. it’s been happening for several years now and about 4 times out of a 9 months worth of periods *I do skip months alot*. I understand that both endometriosis and ovarian cyst are linked to heredity…is there a large chance?

In the past year, I’ve had 3 very painful ovarian cysts. Last night, #4 made itself known, with the usual pain, bloating, etc. What’s weird about this one is that the pain extends up into my lower ribcage, making it very difficult to turn to that side. If I do, I feel sharp pain, to the point htat it’s hard for me to talk.
Is this sharp, rib-based pain part of the cyst or something else? I’m in a lot fo discomfort and debating going to the ER tonight or calling my OBGYN tomorrow morning and seeing if they can squeeze me in for an appointment.
I forgot to mention, in addition to going up to the rib cage, I can feel pain extending from where my rib cage hurts to my spine.

ok, last month i got an ovarian cyst (that ruptured) and it was VERY painful! It was hurting my back, my tummy, and my thighs. Today there was such a bad pain in my thigh that I was limping. It really sucked it hurt so bad! Do you think this means i might be getting another cyst? possibly a bigger one than before?
thanks
