9 years ago I had a very large ovarian cyst which I had removed along with my left ovary and fallopian tube. I have had a pain in my right ovary all morning and at first I thought it was ovulation pain but now I’m worried it might be another cyst. Last time I had no symptoms and we only noticed something was wrong when I had a large distended stomach. I have a big tummy anyway from too many krispy kreme but nothing like that last time. I’m so worried that my last hope for a child might be damaged. I’ve booked in with the doctor on Monday but I was just wondering if I have an increased likelihood because I’ve already had one cyst.

i have been having all this symptoms. lawer back pain, and breast tenderness and my nipple are sensitive, and my stormach is getting big, normally im very slim. i urinate frequently. and i eat every more than i ever i did. at fast i thought i was pregnant and till the test came back negative, and now i think i have overian cyst. can some one help please

For about 2-3 weeks or so, I’ve had a swollen lymph node. It all started when i was on the computer reading something and drinking water. My throat felt funny and every time i swallowed, i couldnt feel the muscles on the left side of my throat. Within a few days of feeling it around, I finally felt two lymph nodes, they move around and almost feel like hardish rubber to the touch. It’s in my throat/neck on the left side near my trachea.

I went to see a few doctors about this who felt around and said it was nothing, probably just viral.

Then i went to have a cat scan of my body for other reasons and all i had was a cyst on my right ovary which the doctors said was a normal part of ovulation and that it was fine.

Now, i feel like a lymph node in my upper back of the left side near my shoulder blades. It feels like someone’s thumb is in there.

Any ideas as what this could be? The doctors didnt really put my mind at ease as im feeling some discomfort.

Could the cyst and these symptoms be related? Does a cyst show up abnormal on a cat scan without contrast, or only if it was cancerous? Please help, I’m worried and only 18. Thanks.

Since I first started my period, I’ve had horrible cramps..so bad that i would have to miss school and curl of in a ball. This was accompanied by nausea and sometimes vomitting, and diarrhea. For the past few months I’ve had relatively painless periods but now for this months period, it was so bad i was hunched over on the verge of crying. I get very nauseous, hot flashes and feel like im going to pass out. I also get very sharp pains near my left ovary when i have my period, that can be very sharp throbbing pains to dull aches. I also get very bloated at random times and feel some cramping before and after my period. Now a week after my period ended, I have had sharp pains near my left ovary again and i’ve had diarrhea, along with some nausea/dizzyness. I went to get an ultrasound a few years ago back in highschool and they couldn’t find a cyst. Are these symptoms of a cyst? Why are my periods so bad?

I had unprotected sex three times this weekend. (friday 25, saturday 26, sunday 27.)
The first time he didnt *** but there was precum which he wiped off before he went inside me.
The other two times he did *** but we’re not sure if he pulled out in time.
Unfortunately, we did it during the days I was supposed to be ovulating. (not really sure what day i ovulated exactly but i know it was around my most fertile days.)
The first day of my period was on the tenth and the last one was the 14th or 15th.
And my next period isnt until like 2 weeks.
What are my chances of being pregnant?
(this was before i had symptoms of the either endometriosis or an ovarian cyst, i felt the pain yesterday for the very first time and it hasnt gone away since yesterday it just gets weaker and then comes back)

Well actually I’m gonna be 14 on the 12th.
I have been having a bad cramp/bone-ache in my left lower abdomen.
I couldn’t sleep last night because it got so bad, so my mom took me to the E.R, they did a ultrasound and said I have an ovarian cyst. The doctor prescribed me some Vicodin for the pain and said the cyst should go away on its own, and that later I will have to take birth control and see an OBGYN (I dont even know what in the world that is?) But when I got home I took my vicodin but it isnt helping anything!
I’m still in very bad pain! It hurts bad!!!! And when I pee it is bloody because while I was there they put a tube into my vagina and put water into it,and I started bleeding, (is it possibel they broke my hymen? cuz it hurts like heck still and its out and I bled a lot)

so the point is, does anyone have any idea what I should do for pain because it feels as bad as when I went in. the meds arent working.

and do you think when they put the tube in me, is it possible they broke my hymen?
I was also wondering if you think that I just maybe took another half of a pill it would work better?

In July 05 I was rushed down to theatre with symptoms of appendicitis.Turns out thats wasnt the case. I had a small urst ovarian cyst on my left ovary.

However, over the past 6months are so I frequently get shooting pains on both sides of my groin. All different times during the day and month.Sometimes the pain is mild,sometimes it sharp and makes me jump.

Sometimes the pain even travels from my groin into my upper thigh.

My periods are normal.

I went to my doctor and told her about the pain and she didnt say anything at all, she didnt even examine me and said even if it was an ovarian cyst she wouldnt be worried.

I have an appointment again tomorrow, id it worth bringing it up?

Any ideas on what the pain could be from. My family doc thought it was an ovarian cyst but obgyn says the cyst is too small to be causing such pain. The pain is in my pelvic area on the right side. I have had the pain for about 2 months and it is getting worse. My periods have become very painful too. Any ideas about this mystery pain? Please le me know
