Does endometriosis and ovarian cysts cause a false negative?

I read that it was possible and then i read it wasnt??? I have both and would like to know what to expect?

I have had both endo and cysts. Unfortunately, all of my negatives have been 100% true.
I did, however, get a false positive on an HPT. It sucked really bad when the blood test was negative.
Hello, I have endometriosis and had lots of troulble getting pregnant. However I never did get a false reading on a P.T. Good luck to you.
