have i got ovarian pain or a cyst or worse?

I have had a pain now for about a year, only happening once a month 2 weeks after my period, the pain is excrutiating and lasts for a whole day and night, then disappears until the following month, Im worried of what it is, also just latley when the pain is due, I feel pressure on my bladder and need to wee loads, whats going on, I have a scan booked but not till september.

You have ovulation pain.
I get the same thing! 2 weeks after my period, i get this lower abdominal pain. Sometimes peeing makes it worse. It’s kind of a crampy constipated feeling pain and mine lasts all day and night, but when i finally fall asleep it usually isn’t there in the morning.
I get UTI’s and yeast infections really easily, so i’ve had tons of them and this pain is alot different from those pains. No need to panic. Just make sure you get plenty of water and eat light foods that won’t clog you up and add more pain to the mix. The doctors aren’t going to do much exept tell you to take some IB Profein and make sure you’re getting plenty of rest

well in a way it sounds lika UTI, but i think you should talk to the doc bout it
Could be that you have a cyst and the reason i am saying so is because that is what i felt like but i had the pain for ages and ages. Good on you for going to see yourself seen to pity you have to suffer for so long though.In the meantime take care and i wish you well.
Its good that your going for a scan but it might not be nothing serious I have a similar pain that comes when I’m ovulating & my dr. Told me that my body was going through hormonal changes & that it is normal in some people.
