I had those as well. To manage the pain, I was given a prescription.
I was also put on the birth control pill to shrink the cysts. In one month of being on the pill, the cysts completely disappeared. I am now on the pill to avoid any re-occurance.
Talk to your doctor about a way to treat the cysts long term…not just mask the symptoms. Some doctors will only treat your major complaint (the pain) instead of the cause (the cysts). I think I would look around for a doctor who was more aggressive in getting the problem solved. If you saw the doctor this week, a prescription pain reliever should have been prescribed. That was a really big miss on your doctor’s part. I would look for a second opinion and a doctor who will take you and your symptoms seriously.
Good Luck.
I had that and I got medication from the doctor
i know someone with those and they went on pain killers maybe you could ask to go on some, and maybe birth control to help control cramps and stuff
Ask your doctor to have them removed, i know i’m probably paranoid but i lost a sister to ovarian cancer, not trying to frighten you but please seek medical advice and then a second opinion from a specialist.
