How much does my ovarian cyst weight? Take a guess lol?

I was diagnosed two months ago with a dermoid ovarian cyst on my left ovary. Guess what it’s 34cm! I’m actually curious as to how much this thing would weigh if anyone could possibly give me an estimate.

My mother had one that weighed 27 pounds, and her surgeon said it wasn’t a record-breaker (though he also said it was a shame there wasn’t a category for cysts at the state fair, because she’d have won).
Yours is over a foot across, so it’s probably closer to 20 pounds than to 5. But I think the weight depends a lot on the composition of the cyst.
