Just wondering how to get rid of an ovarian cyst and if a having a period will get rid of the ovarian cyst

some go away with no treatment at all. some have to be surgically removed. only your gyn can answer this for you because there are many kinds of ovarian cysts (btw – cysts are usually benign).
