When an ovarian cyst bursts, the fluid is free in your pelvic cavity. And ovarian cysts are usually the size of a penny. They feel big, and can create big feeling problems, but the amount of fluid is really quite small.
The fluid doesn’t drain from your body, it just gets resorbed into your body. Your body has an efficient system that deals with this. It will not cause diarrhea. That is due to something else. However, you can have diarrhea with your periods due to hormonal fluctuations that also have an affect on your bowels.
It would have to be an ENORMOUS cyst to put any kind of physical pressure on your bowels.
The two are unrelated.
