I have had ovarian cyst for a long time. When I was trying to get pregnant my infertility specialist took one out the size of a grapefruit. I am finished having children and my CA-125 level is onthe high side of normal do I need a second opinion or stress action now?

A normal CA-125 is < 35, so you are within the normal range. Do you have a family history of Ovarian/Uterine cancer.? Or, any other cancers?? Ovarian cysts are quite common and can be painful when the rupture. Most times, ovarian cysts shrink away on their own. Do you have a recent pelvic ultrasound?? If getting a second opinion, gives you peace of mind then, seek one. I hope this helps and Good Luck.
