The surgery should be done sooner than later. There can be very bad pain with the cysts and it could burst and cause greater problems. Depending on your age, they could be cancerous too.
cyst tend to grow. talk with your doctor. s/he can tell you the consequences of waiting and how long you can put off the surgery. Also ask about the surgery. This may be an in-office procedure that doesn’t require a lot of down time, and very little discomfort.
get it sorted. That thing will get to the size of a pineapple. happened to a friend of mine.
don’t put it off. it is day surgery .you will be back to work the next day. why would you want to wait? wait until it gets worse? don’t make sense
I would get a second opinion especially if the cyst is non-cancerous and not really giving you any pain. Doctors seem to be so quick to want to cut on someone. The truth is there are actually steroids that you can take that can decrease the size of the cyst and even sometimes completely get rid of it. I would get a second opinion before I would go through with the surgery.
