is progesterone 4.38 to 5.0 is that pre menopause?

I have asked my Doctor is that pre menopause she said No and my FSH Level is 7.5 and estradiol is 27, and Proclaitin 11.89, and I found out that I have 1.4 Cm Fibroid and ovarian cyst.. and my period has been scanty for 4 years now.. and I wanted to know how to treat and it and to normalize it ? I stopped taking the bcp 2 years ago and My period has been scanty since I stopped takling it..

1.) hormone levels can’t be used to determine if it’s menopause without doing a 12 month testing of hormones.
2.) symptoms of menopause:
Irregular bleeding!
Vaginal Dryness
Physical symptoms
Hot Flashes
Changes in Sleep
Mood Changes
3.) regulate periods:
black cohosh
evening primrose oil

Your best bet is to find a second opinion from a different doctor.
Nobody knows their body more than you…really, your doctor should respect that, if nothing else.
Another thing is to kinda keep a diary of the symptoms affecting you…you might be a lot younger than the doctor would be expecting for someone going through menopause symptoms: that doesn’t mean it’s impossible or unheard of!
Also…there might be something else wrong. You noted that you have cysts and fibroids? these, in and of themselves, can cause a range of negative symptoms that may present themselves like menopause.
