I have heard that vitamin C can help…but this didn’t come from a doctor.
i am sorry to tell you that there isn’t much that you can do besides have a doc take care of it. I know that they are painful i have dealt with them for 5 years and also have edometrosis, sometimes a hot path may relieve the pain for a bit. but don’t use ice it will just make the pain worse. Just talk to your doc and see where you can go from there. good luck
when I was 19 I disolved cysts with vitamin C..
They stayed away 25 yrs and I did it again
