I had a cyst removed on my left ovary in 1995. Most of that ovary was taken with it. I was told at that time it could be hard for me to conceive. My first child was born March 1, 1996. I now have a total of 3 children. So I would say the chances are very good. They apparently were for me. Good luck!
I’ve had the same surgery. Fortunately they were able to save both my ovaries. But I had talked the possibility over with the doctor. The doctor said it would be just as easy to get pregnant. An egg would be released every month just as normal. But from only that one ovary. Instead of both.
