ovarian cyst….cancer?
when i was pregnant…the ultrasound person brought a doctor into the room…he took a look and told me i have a cyst and most just go away on there own.
this was 2 years ago bear in mind and i havent really given it much thought until all the" cancer" in the news at the moment…and now im thinking what if its ovarian cancer..? how did he know it was just a cyst? dont get me wrong i dont really get bad pain etc or inbetween bleeds between my periods but im just scared that i may have it!! if i have got it – ive had it 2 years so wouldnt i be getting severe symtoms now…?

Ovarian cyst are not cancer and do not lead to cancer. The outside of the ovaries are thicker than normally and as such much the release of the egg difficult.
This is the reason why women with poly-cystic ovaries have difficulties in falling pregnant.
Ja.
a cyst and a tumor look very different on xrays most of the time, and every single woman on earth has had many they just dont feel them (99.5% of the time), if it was any real concern and haddent gone away like most do in a few months youd be howling in pain and wouldnt be asking
Think about it tumors grow rapidly usually and your ovary is tiny it would have been more than ruptured in 2 years most likely, unless your in pain dont worry
