Ovarian cyst.I Need help.?
A month ago i got this horrible pain near my right ovaries. I was on my period (4th day)
Doctor had to come home and said i might have an ovarian cyst and that i need an ultrasound soon. Problem is appointments in ireland are crap. -.- ( still waiting)
I got my period 2 weeks early and i got very worried.
I checked with my doctor. She said i was fine and there was nothing wrong and that it could be alot of stress.
Problem is. I keep getting these tiny pains in the same place,but a little confused about what my doctor told me.
I checked about ovarian cyst symptoms and and early periods ( irregular) was one of them :/
should i be worried ?

ovarian cyst go away by itself. if pain worsens then you should get further test to verify that you have the cyst.
if its irregular period you may need to check your diet. remove refined sugar, white flower, refined foods and that will help significantly in regulating hormones.
you may try this to regulate your period naturally. on a full moon have the moon light hit your body while you sleep. opening the window and sleep while the moon light hit you will reset your bodies menstrual cycle to the moon’s cycle which is by nature is suppose to sync with the moon.
in addition if to balance your ph level in your body mix a cup of water with a table spoon of sodium bicarbonate aka baking soda to make your body more alkaline. do it for a week and stop and see if that will help with your menses. (if you do have a ovarian cyst this one will help remove the cyst cancer or irregular cells can’t live in alkaline body.)

Ask for another doctor and insist on testing. I work at a hospital, trust me no one’s going to judge for being concerned.
Unfortunately there’s not much they can do for you unless it is actually huge and stopping other parts of your female parts from working. Usually they just watch it and probably change your birch control to something that will do a little better at preventing them.
