Ovarian cyst removal and pregnancy.?

When I was 18 and I had an ovarian cyst that was 12cm in length. As a result I had to have my right ovary removed. I have been having fertility investigations and they discovered a cyst on the right side that is not as big about 4cm. I am having it removed and I would like to know my chances of conceiving once it is removed. i am not having any pain. can i still have a baby if they have to remove some ovarian tissue. please help me.

You need to ask that question of your gynaecologist. But provided significant ovarian tissue is left, and the ovarian blood supply is not damaged, a pregnancy should be possible.
I had real problems with very large cysts and even had a couple burst which was a mega pain. I went onto have to healthy babies so keeping my fingers crossed for you x
