I had a hemorraghic cyst in december. I had crippling pains in my abdomen and when i went pee the pain lessened but still remained for days. I went to the doc and I had an ultrasound which concluded I had a hemorraghic ovarian cyst that doubled the size of my right ovary. I went to my gynocologist and even though she told me it would go away on it's own, I asked to be put on birth control to shrink it faster. She did not do and internal exam since I too am a virgin. In February I have to go back to the gyno to have another ultrasound done to see if the cyst is gone. Go to the gynocologist for more info. And no, masterbation does not mean sexually active. It was horribly painful and after a day in the ER they just gave me some pain medication and told me it'd go away on its own. So i'm pretty sure this happens to a few girls often.
