I had pains and still do occasionally but i have no cysts, one of my friends has had cysts and didnt have much pain at all, and another friend had bad pain, felt like it was in her kidneys, and she had an ectopic but she was also experiencing bleeding. You definately need to get checked out asap to rule things out. you need to get to the doctor as soon as you can, hopefully they can then tell if you are pregnant or not and arrange a pelvic scan to see exactly what is going on.
