Avoid becoming stressed about getting pregnant. I had my left ovary removed because the doctor suspected cancer when I was 21. I had one child but wanted another. For to years I couldn’t get pregnant.
I finally resolved myself to being happy with one child, when she was four I signed up for nursing school/college and became pregnant soon after which delayed my educaiton for another three years.
Also I would say that after surgery, you need to just give your body time to heal.
